  1. To run "StarFestival":
  2.  
  3. 1.  Upgrade QuickTime to version 3.0 or greater.
  4. If you do not have QuickTime 3.0 or later installed on your machine, 
  5. open the StarFestival CD-ROM and copy over the QuickTime 4 folder to 
  6. your hard drive.  Once the files are copied over, double-click the 
  7. QuickTime Installer which will then guide you through the installation 
  8. process.

  10. 2.  Set Resolution and Color Depth.
  11. Righht click on any open space on your desktop and select the PROPERTIES 
  12. option.  This will bring up the DISPLAY CONTROL PANEL.  Click on the 
  13. right most tab (Settings) and change the "Desktop Area" to 800x600 and 
  14. the "Color Palette" to 65536.  Then click OK to save your new settings.
